My Letterbox + Entertainment "Hot Takes"

My brain needs to be fed and one thing about me is I will always have a lot to say about what I am watching. Movies and TV shows are great conversation starters and one of my favorite ways to get to know someone. In honor of my first blog, what better way to get to know me than to talk film. 

Letterbox:

TV Favorites:

1. The 100
• Octavia and Lexa are my #1's. Enough said.
• Bellamy hater since day 1. Period.
• John Murphy was genuinely hilarious. Although he did some terrible things, his character balanced everything out. 
• I watched the show 5 times.
2. The Penguin
• JUSTICE FOR MY POOR GIRL SOFIA FALCONE!!!
• Actress Cristin Milioti, did a phenomenal job and I would love to see her in more.
• I was NOT expecting that heartbreaking scene with Victor Aguilar and Oz. 
3. The Originals
• I was an Elijah lover during Vampire Diaries until Klaus’s story was shown and now he will FOREVER have my heart.
• If you watched this amazing show (that is better than TVD) than you will understand me.
• Rebekah AND Hayley are perfection. 
• Phoebe Tonkins acting on S3 Ep.2 was so intense that you could feel the emotions through the screen.
• To Marcel: I absolutely despised you from the beginning. 
4. 1893
• So poetic. I sobbed. I fell in love with all the characters. I recommend this show to everyone.
• I wish I can watch this show for the first time again. 
• Shoutout to my dad for recommending this show. 
5. Friends
• Joey, Phoebe, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Ross.
• Ross was extremely toxic and if you want discuss this over lunch lmk. 
• Yes I am a Joey + Rachel stan. Sue me IDC!!!!

Disney Favs:

1. Princess and the Frog 
• My comfort movie that I have watched 8+ times.
2. Beauty and the Beast (Animation + Live Action)
• My #1 favorite princess and I am never changing my instagram profile picture.
3. Cinderella (Live Action)
• The cast and acting were on point. Do NOT argue me on this.
• The colors of the film felt so real and costume design was CHEF'S KISS!!!💋
• I am going to go cry now thinking about how perfect this movie was, bye. 
4. Maleficent

Honestly, if I keep going this list will be too long but I feel I have to include a couple more of my tv favorites. The Walking Dead, The Girlfriend, Blackbird, Tell Me Lies, Parenthood, Gossip Girl and Dickinson. I am in NEED of new shows to binge so please share. 

To put it simply, my letterbox is so serious to me because they are all so deep and a true film lover will understand the depth of these films.

These entertainment "hot takes" most likely will become a series because there are too many beautiful films that deserve to be talked about. I'd love to know how others felt about everything! So, please leave in the comments your letterbox, recommendations, and hot takes.☺
